The Great Lakes Real Estate Investors Association, LLC is a nationally affiliated group based in the Cleveland area. Founded in 2011, this group is under new leadership effective July 2021. We welcome seasoned investors as well as those new to the business.
Great Lakes REIA is not your typical association. Talented, driven, principled and success-oriented people who are passionate about this business have come together simply because they are motivated to help one another achieve their highest levels of success.

Great Lakes REIA is an organization dedicated to serving real estate investors doing business in the Northeastern Ohio area. Our goal is to provide our members with quality education, networking opportunities and other resources to help grow their real estate investing businesses and achieve financial freedom. We believe that it is vitally important to educate, support and uplift the real estate investing community throughout the Northeast Ohio area. Doing so will not only have a positive effect on the lives of our members, but also on the people they do business with and the neighborhoods they invest in.
Great Lakes REIA encourages our members to become involved in public life, to become knowledgeable about issues impacting their businesses and the real estate market, and to support initiatives that promote and ensure a healthy and sustainable real estate market.
Great Lakes REIA is dedicated to keeping our members informed about new and proposed laws in OH while fighting to protect the rights of real estate investors. Because policies at the federal, state and municipality level change so often, it is nearly impossible for real estate investors to keep abreast of the new laws. That's why membership in Great Lakes REIA is so important. We keep you up to date on changes that you need to be aware of.
Working with the government through Great Lakes REIA, you will become part of a much stronger team that can communicate your concerns more effectively than any single individual. We need your input and involvement to build a strong grassroots presence!
We believe that associations play a tremendous part in the health of a community. Great Lakes REIA specifically supports and strengthens Northeast Ohio's communities by educating and informing investors that in turn bring vitality to the community with rehabbed properties and incoming residents.
Additionally, Great Lakes REIA participates with other community organizations and associations to provide strength, support and resources to the community our members serve. They give their time, expertise, funds, and sweat equity to the communities we work and live in.
While our members who participate may receive some payback in the form of great t-shirts or maybe a box breakfast or lunch, the real payback is the bonding and the common knowledge that we are doing something good for others.
Our members demonstrate their commitment to their work by living our common goal of making communities better through associations.
